The Leader Within is a two day journey of exploration and self discovery.  The course is designed to challenge, assess strengths and weaknesses, explore leadership ideas and concepts and at the same time be a personal journey for each participant.

Time is shared between ground-based exercises with the horses in the arena, video facilitation to aid self-awareness and facilitated discussion.  The discussion analyses and explores the lessons learnt with the horses and how they are used in the workplace and life in general.
