DESCRIPTION:The Leader Within is a two day journey of exploration and self discovery.  The course is designed to challenge\, assess strengths and weaknesses\, explore leadership ideas and concepts and at the same time be a personal journey for each participant. \nTime is shared between ground-based exercises with the horses in the arena\, video facilitation to aid self-awareness and facilitated discussion.  The discussion analyses and explores the lessons learnt with the horses and how they are used in the workplace and life in general. \n  \nBOOK NOW\n
